Very quiet and comfortable 30m2 studio, with a nice double room, located just 500m from the metro station "Hospital Clinic". The 8m2 room has a double bed to sleep 2 people and a large cupboard. The 7m2 kitchen is fully furnished. The 10m2 living room is very comfortable. 5m2 bathroom with shower. The studio is on the ground floor of a modern buiding in a quiet and safe.

Washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, fridge, frying pans, toaster, TV, Radio, Internet/WIFI, electric heating, towels and bed sheets are available.

10 min walk to "Sants" metro station.
