GENERAL PRICES

Furnished rooms in a shared flat have a monthly average price between € 300 and € 550.

Furnished flats and apartments have a monthly average price between € 700 and € 2100.

For short term rents our accommodations have an average price between € 30 and €120 per person per night.

You can also be asked for a deposit, which will be given back to you in the moment of the key exchange the date of departure, in the case nothing is damaged.

Only for girls!! Small room very quiet and sunny of 10 sqm available in a big apartment of 130 sqm.
The room has access to a beautiful terrace of 25 sqm very calm, totally equipped and very sunny. The terrace, the living-room of 25 sqm, the bathroom of 8 sqm and the kitchen of 10 sqm are to share with an other person (very nice owner, a Spanish woman, who is a translator). The flat is for maximum 3 persons.
An other room just next door is also available, see (REF : HL LESSEPS 2 ) Perfect for students.

EQUIPMENT
1st Floor with elevator. Wood and cork floor.
Individual heating, washing-machine, internet with cable or WIFI, TV/video/Hi-Fi, oven, microwave oven, coffee-machine, ventilation, fridge, iron table, towels and bed sheets are available. Cleaning service every week. Private parking.

Quiet and sunny room of 8 sqm equipped with a simple bed very comfortable, a wardrobe, a desk and a bedside table. TV with video recorder and internet are available in the room. The room leads to a big terrace, perfect for relaxing.

LOCATION
The apartment is located near the famous “Parc Güell”.
3 min by walk from the metro Lesseps and 2 min from the bus station.
25 min by metro from the beach.
15 min by metro from the “Plaza Cataluña”.
Place with many bars, shops, restaurants and little supermarkets.

COMMISSION

Our commission of 12€ / Pers/Night + 16% TVA is included in the price except for rentals over 1 month.

The applicable commission for monthly rents will be a percentage, which depends of the duration of the stay. On the monthly rents the percentages to apply are the following ones:
