GENERAL PRICES

Furnished rooms in a shared flat have a monthly average price between € 300 and € 550.

Furnished flats and apartments have a monthly average price between € 700 and € 2100.

For short term rents our accommodations have an average price between € 30 and €120 per person per night.

You can also be asked for a deposit, which will be given back to you in the moment of the key exchange the date of departure, in the case nothing is damaged.

Small double room available in an equipped and sunny flat in the city centre. The room like the flat is comfortable and functional. 3rd floor without elevator. The living room with TV, the kitchen and the bathroom with bath-tub and WC have to be shared with a very friendly English teacher (which is an actor as well) from the USA. Pets are not allowed.

The shared rooms are the totally equipped 12 sqm kitchen, the big and bright living room of 30 sqm with a sunny gallery and the 2 bathrooms. Under the gallery you could relax reading on the sofa or even take the most of the body-building bench. The apartment is perfectly situated, near all the services, tourist and party places of Barcelona.

A 20 sqm room with a double bed and a wardrobe and a balcony. The room is very spacious and bright.

At 3 mn by walk of the metro et 1 mn of the bus station.

OBSERVATION

COMMISSION

Our commission of 12€ / Pers/Night + 16% TVA is included in the price except for rentals over 1 month.

The applicable commission for monthly rents will be a percentage, which depends of the duration of the stay. On the monthly rents the percentages to apply are the following ones:

Ex: If you stay 3 months we charge 60% of 1 month rent + 16% VAT
